Adjacent, you will find the formal dining room and kitchen. The formal dining room has a stunning chandelier and can accommodate up to six comfortably. The chefs kitchen is impeccable, with all stainless-steel appliances and a large center island with four barstools. There is also the informal dining room with views of the pool that can accommodate up to four. To the left of the living room, you will find the den that was converted into the perfect home office for you to set up for your next Zoom meeting! The primary suite awaits! This spacious primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, gorgeous dcor, a door to the pool, a TV, and plenty of space to unwind after a long day by soaking up the Florida sun by the pool. There is a large walk-in closet as well. Attached is the primary bathroom, which was inspired by a spa atmosphere. There are two separate vanities, a large soaking tub and a giant walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead and shower bench. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, coastal dcor, a TV, and plenty of closet space. The second bathroom has an updated vanity and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a sitting area, a TV, and an attached half bath. Time for your outdoor oasis! Overlooking the gorgeous waters of the canal, you will find a large rectangular pool with a spill-over spa. There are two chaise lounges and an outdoor patio set.
