Brian was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey. After attending Mannes College of music in Manhattan, where he was a classical piano major, he joined his family's trucking and warehousing firm. Working with his brother John and father Ray, the company enjoyed explosive growth for 12 years before selling to a much larger distribution partner in 1998.

After 2 years as Vice President of Sales and Customer Relations, Brian decided to re-locate from busy New York City in 1999 to sleepy Cape Haze, Florida and assist in the opening of his family's second restaurant in the area.

After 5 years of running two busy restaurants and building a successful catering business in Boca Grande and Cape Haze, Brian obtained his Florida Sales Associate Real Estate License in 2004. After working for 4 years on Boca Grande and the surrounding areas, Brian obtained his Florida Real Estate Broker license and opened The BRC Group, LLC Boca Grande, FL on November 1st, 2008.

With an ability to change course with the markets, Brian has proven to be able to not only survive in these challenging economic times, but to thrive. Brian's focus on internet advertising and personal service is what sets him apart from the competition.

Brian is currently serving a 2 year term on The Board of My Florida Regional MLS as well as the Englewood Board of Realtors and lives in Englewood with his wife Sigrid and two sons, Matthew (12) and Andrew (9).

John was born and raised in New Jersey and vacationed in Boca Grande at an early age visiting relatives. He always knew that one day he would work and live in this little piece of “Paradise”. John worked very hard to get here. He graduated in 1981 from Don Bosco Prep. High School in Ramsey, New Jersey and went on to receive his BBA Degree from Pace University in New York. John grew up working in the family trucking and warehousing business with his brother Brian and father Ray in the North East until they sold it in 1998. This is when the Corcoran family decided to make their dreams come true and move permanently to Florida. He moved to the Cape Haze Peninsula in 1999 looking for a better quality of life and has never looked back with any regrets.

John enjoys the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and boating and swimming in the tropical blue waters. Another passion of his is horseback riding and equestrian show jumping with his American Quarter Horse Paint named Thor and his Thoroughbred named Knight Shade.

In September of 2002 John became a Realtor and has focused his efforts in the Cape Haze Peninsula and the barrier islands, Boca Grande and Equestrian properties in the area. Since 2002 he has been a Top Producer in the Cape Haze area and has continued to be a Top Producer through the years. John received his Broker Associate license in 2008. Working together in real estate with his brother Brian Corcoran they have developed a great reputation with their buyer’s and seller’s over the years and they look forward to your visit to their office in Boca Grande.
